UMA is the kitchen at Odioba. Three ramen, three small plates, a handful of add-ons. Nothing else. The menu stays short because everything on it has to be right.
Lemon shoyu, a stamina bowl, miso butter corn. Each broth made from scratch, each bowl assembled with intention. The small plates - salads, pickles, gyoza - are there to start you off. The ramen is there to keep you.
No bookings. Walk in, sit down, eat.
